“Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, a lot has been said about the work being done in this committee. I think it is important to point out that the chair and I didn't do all this work. His staff, Senator Murray's staff, and Senator Alexander's staff worked hard.
