Mr. Chairman, I yield myself the balance of my time. Mr. Chairman, the form is not a complaint. We know that there are pay disparities. This would allow the EEOC to notice gruesome problems and disparities and address them where appropriate. In that hospital situation, it is obvious the situation is not appropriate, but we do know that pay disparities exist, and this would be information that would allow the EEOC to address them. I would hope that we would allow the EEOC to do its job. Mr. Chair, I support the amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
