We owe it to our kids and grandkids that we do not keep doing more of the same, digging the hole even deeper.
This is about the future of our country.
I do not think we have done a budget that we have adhered to in over 25 years.
I can guarantee you, we will be borrowing every penny of it, because we do not offset it.
