This legislation would require Federal law enforcement agencies to fully report to Congress on their payments to confidential informants as well as the amounts they have received through their work or cooperation with informants.
This should be the national imperative that drives us all to fund it properly and to truly, truly make a difference.
There is no attorney-client privilege when one government agency is investigating another government agency.
