Mr. Speaker, I would like to commend those individuals who were once Fellows and have gone on to serve our Nation with such distinction. I urge all Members to join me in support of this resolution, and I yield back the balance of our time.

we have to look at how this affects law enforcement and our rights as Americans
This should be the national imperative that drives us all to fund it properly and to truly, truly make a difference.
This legislation would require Federal law enforcement agencies to fully report to Congress on their payments to confidential informants as well as the amounts they have received through their work or cooperation with informants.
I think that there's just some misinformation that may be going on, and we can, hopefully, clear that up.
