In an era of partisan politics, this legislation represents a significant bipartisan compromise.
Failure to comply with a congressional subpoena may result in serious consequences for you.
I think what the President's budget proposal was is an embarrassment, and it's not something I could support.
It is not always that we are able to come together on a bipartisan basis on a major piece of reform legislation.
