Is there objection to the request of the gentleman from New York? There was no objection. The text of the resolution is as follows: H. Res. 1467 Resolved, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives request the Senate to return to the House the bill (H.R. 5136) entitled ``An Act to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2011 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.''. The resolution was agreed to. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
