The Russians are a perfect example of that.
The Iraqi people are now in the streets demanding a change.
I think Congress ought to consider that strongly so we can keep some of that money in the United States.
I support all of these pieces of legislation before us, except the last one from Mr. Zeldin, and I have some questions.
