Madam Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Madam Speaker, it is my understanding from prior conversations with the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Polis) that it would be his idea we would take the minimum amount of time, and I appreciate him yielding the customary 30 minutes to me and trying to work through the loads so we are able to get home. I would like to inquire of the gentleman if he has any further speakers that he would anticipate at this time on his side.
