It doesn't matter if a Democrat is in the White House, a Republican in the White House, a Democrat Speaker, or Republican Speaker. We fight, fight, and we fight and do nothing about net neutrality.
This is an important hearing, and that importance was reinforced this week by the Department of Energy's proposal to FERC on valuing base load generation.
Arbitrary deadlines do not help. Neither do sweeping listings that threaten the communities and landowners.
