I just wanted to point out that this legislation has the support of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the March of Dimes Foundation, amongst many others. I join these organizations in urging my support for this legislation. I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
