Last fall, this subcommittee held a hearing to begin exploring the possibility that what we call irregular warfare may be a regular, that is frequent, challenge for us in the future.
Thornberry, Hon. Mac, a Representative from Texas, Chairman, Subcommittee on Intelligence, Emerging Threats and Capabilities.
Congress is working on cyber legislation to try to update some of the laws that had not been updated.
We want to go a little deeper in looking at what types of future irregular warfare challenges we are likely to face.
