When you do something like that, you send a clear message to the drug smugglers. You send a clear message to the human smugglers that the United States is not going to tolerate individuals just false claiming to come into the United States.
It actually puts an exclamation point on the fact that we have a two-tiered justice system. If you're a Republican, you can't even lie to Congress or lie to an FBI agent are -- they're coming after you.
Justice Thomas knows what all my very conservative dear Black friends know is, nobody is treated more brutally in this country than a conservative Black.
