I would like to yield to the gentleman from Louisiana who has been a leader on this effort both in trying to compel the Federal Government's response to local and State communities and to keep and protect their beaches and marshes but also to try to stop our energy jobs, our families in the gulf area that have been hurt from being hurt further.
