Absolutely. I think we are now down to the wire. And it is unthinkable that we would get to midnight and shut down government. We don't need to do that. There are so many consequences to it.

The goal is to have one. So that is the goal, and we are looking at the efficiency and making sure we are not paying just as much as we would had we kept it all in NASA.
