Madam Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and agree to the resolution (H. Res. 1102) providing for the concurrence by the House in the Senate amendment to H.R. 2882, with an amendment. The Clerk read the title of the resolution. The text of the resolution is as follows: H. Res. 1102 Resolved, That upon the adoption of this resolution: (1) The chair of the Committee on Appropriations may insert in the Congressional Record not later than March 26, 2024, such material as she may deem explanatory of the Senate amendment and the text proposed to be inserted by this resolution; and (2) The House shall be considered to have taken from the Speaker's table the bill, H.R. 2882, with the Senate amendment thereto, and to have concurred in the Senate amendment with the following amendment: In lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted by the Senate amendment, insert the following: SECTION 1.
