It passed a Republican-led Senate, 87 to 12. It passed a Republican-led House, 358 to 36.
He expressed frustration over the recent trial, you can imagine and justifiably in my view.
We aimed to reduce recidivism rates and prevent formerly incarcerated people from landing behind bars again, if possible...
