Mr. Speaker, we have a letter from the Associated General Contractors, which we will put in the Record, saying that they support the bill, but they hope certain changes are made in conference with the Senate. And for those of us that have to be up, since my mother is watching, we want to say, Hi, mom. I support the bill and urge a ``yes'' vote.
