Mr. Speaker, I know we have a new protocol for recognizing former Members who have passed away. Is it appropriate under our rules to have a moment of silence for Judge Vandergriff? And if so, how would I request such a moment of silence? The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Chair would recommend that the gentleman from Texas consult with the leadership on making such requests.
