Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentlewoman from Washington (Ms. Herrera Beutler), one of the tireless supporters of this bill from day one, who herself has a medically complex special needs child, who went through the nightmare of having to create her own network for her child, and who has been a cosponsor since day one.
