I find myself agreeing with about 80 percent of what our President says. I just end up disagreeing with about 80 percent of what he does.

Clearly, there is concern here. And I guess, Madam Chairman, there may be something to what you are doing. Many of us have open minds.

I would hope that you would be very careful in your deliberations there.
