My amendment would direct the administrator of the SBA to make sure that previously passed relief programs within the SBA are operational and getting money to businesses in need before they take on any additional projects in this new bill.

I urge my colleagues to support the bill. As I like to say back home this is one more effort to show America what it means to think differently for those with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities.
I am grateful to Representatives Pappas and Bean for introducing this legislation so that rural Americans will have full access to their resources when disaster strikes.
It makes sense then that a one-size-fits-all outreach and marketing plan from the SBA is inadequate.
