Mr. Speaker, I appreciate the work of Congressman Green from Houston. And when I look at him and I look at Mr. Smith, I think about my weekend trip this past weekend. I went to Austin, Texas. And when I was in Austin, I was at the Barbara Jordan Airport, and in the baggage area on the ground floor, there is a statue of Barbara Jordan in her regal splendor. And what a great member of the NAACP she was, and what a great American. Ms. Watson requests some time. I would be pleased if she would contribute. I yield such time as she may consume to the gentlewoman.
