This cap deal is going to raise spending over the next 10 years by a minimum of $2 trillion.
We may leave a bill behind that others may pick up at some point.
I assume if we were to put in place a new regime, we would want to do what we could to end the too-big-to-fail situation...
They have done an outstanding job.
