I would say, through the Chair, to the Senator from Louisiana, I do not have an objection to some sort of a time agreement. But the Senator from Louisiana has been speaking now since I have been here, for close to an hour. It would seem to me that if we are going to do this in an equitable way, some speakers on our side would have a comparable amount of time to make our points with regard to the amendment of the Senator from Louisiana.
