The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To modify the deployed delivery vehicle limits of the Treaty) In section 1(a) of Article II of the Treaty, strike ``700, for deployed ICBMs, deployed SLBMs, and deployed heavy bombers'' and insert ``720, for deployed ICBMs, deployed SLBMs, and deployed heavy bombers''.
