Mr. President, I object to the yielding of time to another Senator. This Senator has been waiting for 45 minutes to speak. The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. Schumer.) The Senator from Louisiana can only yield for a question. So if the Senator from New Hampshire has a question, she may ask the Chair.
