If I can say through the Chair, to the Senator from Louisiana, I was just conferring to see what speakers we have on our side. I think Senator Shelby is coming down. I do not know long he intends to speak, but I would like to speak for up to 15 minutes or thereabouts. My assumption is that he would want to speak for a good amount of time. So we might want to expand the amount of time the Senator has suggested in terms of the agreement.
