There's not a dime in here to improve the Social Security Trust Fund.
The revenues are not up this last year. They're down.
We actually balanced the budget. The first year we balanced the budget, and we balanced the budget every year.
We should make sure that we do is continue to focus on the issues that we are seeing faced by those students today.
