Mr. Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 3859) to make technical corrections to the Homeland Security Act of 2002, as amended. The Clerk read the title of the bill. The text of the bill is as follows: H.R. 3859 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``HSA Technical Corrections Act''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES TO THE HOMELAND SECURITY ACT OF 2002. Except as otherwise expressly provided, whenever in this Act an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or a repeal of, a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a section or other provision of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-296; 6 U.S.C. 101 et seq.). SEC. 3. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO THE HOMELAND SECURITY ACT OF 2002.
