I also want to thank Chairman DeFazio in particular for his work in shaping this legislation.
I thank President Biden and his administration for their vision and leadership in the implementation of the BIL.
He is an honorary member of our union, and I am proud to call him my friend.
It basically matched the funding we had put forward and incorporated some of the work we did.
