This legislation will help improve the Federal Communications Commission's oversight over the wireless and broadcast emergency alert systems, something that is much needed in a new age of communication. So I have pushed the buttons, and I have done the alerts, all of that. I know how important that coordination is and how important it is to work together ahead of time to really understand the plans and who triggers what and how it works going forward.
