Mr. Speaker, I yield myself a minute or so here to thank my friend, the gentleman from Kentucky (Mr. Guthrie) who, as you all know, is a terrific legislator, a bright mind. And he, too, has served his country with distinction in uniform and here in the Congress, and he will have a great future going forward in this institution.
