Mr. Speaker, I yield myself 45 seconds. The amendments en bloc include a number of proposals offered by my Democratic colleagues. It reflects our shared values of investing in a more diverse congressional workforce, strengthening the legislative branch, and providing for the day-to-day operations of the House. I urge my colleagues to support the important proposals contained in this amendment, and I reserve the balance of my time.
