Mr. Speaker, pursuant to House Resolution 52, I call up the joint resolution (H.J. Res. 28) making further continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2019, and for other purposes, and ask for its immediate consideration. The Clerk read the title of the joint resolution. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Butterfield). Pursuant to House Resolution 52, the joint resolution is considered read. The text of the joint resolution is as follows: H.J. Res. 28 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019 (division C of Public Law 115-245) is further amended by striking the date specified in section 105(3) and inserting ``February 28, 2019''. This joint resolution may be cited as the ``Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019''. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
