Can you assure this subcommittee that the U.S. will continue to oppose any World Bank loans to Iran until they are in compliance with all bilateral, multilateral sanctions, human rights, missile testings, supporting terrorism, et cetera?

I would encourage--I know that this is the next year's fiscal budget, but I am hoping that the Defense Approps can look at the opportunities for partnering with the civilian government and making a difference in the lives of civilians.
