Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, I rise in support of this bill, which would rename a post office in Ohio for Judge James R. Williams. President Jimmy Carter appointed Judge Williams as the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio. Judge Williams made history as the first African-American judge on the Summit County Common Pleas Court, appointed in 1989 and was reelected in 1990, 1992, and 1998. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support this bill, and I reserve the balance of my time.
