Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to executive session to consider en bloc Calendar Nos. 1174, 1175, 1176, 1177, 1178, 1179, 1204, 1214, and all nominations on the Secretary's desk in the Coast Guard and NOAA; that the nominations be confirmed en bloc and the motions to reconsider be laid upon the table en bloc; that any statements relating to the nominations be printed in the Record; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action, and the Senate then resume legislative session.
