I guess I kind of reject that because under the higher cost you're getting $25.40. Under the lower one you're getting $21.10. I don't think either one is adequate.

ObamaCare was set up for failure. It was set up to encourage low premiums, to deceive the American public.

This was set up for failure from day one. The insurance companies knew it was going to fail.
