I kind of reject CMS' whole premise that nuancing the +6, which we know is really 4.3, or the 2.5 which is really .86, that would only make an impact in prescribing drugs if these doctors, before they treated a patient, would be bringing out the spreadsheet to figure that out, which I don't see happening.
