poverty doesn't work. The corollary to that is work eliminates poverty.
We all understand the law. We, together, are a part of government. We answer to constituents.
I think there is a wide range of areas that we can work with the IRS and be cooperative in a bipartisan way.
I know what you can't get. And I agree with the chairman, that is outrageous.
