We all understand the law. We, together, are a part of government. We answer to constituents.

I think there is a wide range of areas that we can work with the IRS and be cooperative in a bipartisan way.

It seems as though the criminals have been bipartisan in their attempt to defraud innocent congressional people.

And I am asking, based on your experience, do you find that to be more effective than when the IRS trained the collector...
