There is only one way to get continuity, and that is to review the Tax Code, to reform the Tax Code. If you take out all of the gems just to get a ``no'' vote against it politically, you are really harming bipartisanship. That is what we need; that is what the Tax Code needs; that is what our country needs, a Tax Code that eliminates all of the loopholes, and concentrate on those things our country needs.…”
