Mr. Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Doggett), a hardworking gentleman on the Ways and Means Committee, one who has been outspoken on all of the issues that concern national security as well as the protection of our economy.

Because their testimony was so important, I wonder whether any of you have any suggestions to how this panel could be more effective in getting this message out to our country.
Listen, if this was our grandkids that was going through this, we will find some way to expedite it. These are our grandkids. They vote, you know?
It seems as though the criminals have been bipartisan in their attempt to defraud innocent congressional people.
We want to know how many of these cases there is some evidence of wrongdoing, whether it is criminal or not. And we want, categorically, immediately, the disposition of the 75 cases.
