The problem I have is that the watchlist, when you look at the numbers, has so many problems with it that I think it is not appropriate to go down the road that we are going because a constitutional right is involved.

At the outset, let me take strong exception to your opening statement. The inference that there was somehow Members of this committee were not concerned about terror attacks carried out by groups like wHite nationalists, Nazis, whatever. That really is rewriting history.

Allowing this fund to expire, or run out of the funding it needs, sets a dangerous precedent.
