All of those are going to exceed that $3,000 threshold. We heard earlier about a $12,000 limb and if it is $25,000, that does not matter because the veterans need prosthetics and they need state-of-the-art prosthetics.
Together, these bills touch on a full range of issues affecting our veterans and their families.
