Res. 83, a joint resolution approving the renewal of import restrictions contained in the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003; that all statutory time be yielded back except for 20 minutes, with that time equally divided and controlled between Senators Baucus and McConnell or their designees; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the joint resolution be read a third time and the Senate then proceed to a vote on passage of the joint resolution, with all other provisions of the statute remaining in effect; that upon disposition of the joint resolution, the Senate then resume S.
