Mr. President, following leader remarks, there will be a period of morning business until 12:30 today, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. At 12:30, we are going to each have our weekly caucus meetings, which we do every week. At 2:15, the Senate will begin consideration of the Federal Aviation Administration authorization bill. As I said last night, Senators with amendments to the bill should contact the bill managers to arrange for a time to offer their amendments. Senators will be notified when votes are scheduled. ____________________
