I guess my question through the Chair to my friend from Iowa is, rather than going into a quorum call tonight, you could always do that some other time. I think it would be more productive if your amendment, which is dealing with annuities, was lumped into a number of other amendments that have been agreed to on both sides. See if we can dispose of those. Then if you still feel aggrieved at a later time, you could still do whatever you want.
