Madam President, following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 3628, the DISCLOSE Act. There will be no rollcall votes today. Senators should expect the next vote to occur at 2:45 p.m. tomorrow, July 27. That vote will be on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to the DISCLOSE Act. This week, the Senate will consider the DISCLOSE Act, the small business jobs bill, the Energy bill, and any other items on the Legislative or Executive Calendars that have been cleared for action.
